This is a research-focused design projects or exercises. Registration subject to prior arrangement of topic and supervision by staff. Will provide a comprehensive design experience that integrates parametric modeling, rapid prototyping and robotic assembly into a cohesive workflow. Students will develop hands-on operational knowledge of rapid prototyping and robotic equipment as well as a theoretical understanding of the overall design decisions connecting various digital-to-physical production processes. Undergraduates from across disciplines are encouraged to register as well as graduate students.
