Graduate and undergraduate level courses in the department
of architecture focused on the relationship of design and digital
fabrication. Students learn various aspects of advanced computing
from curved surface modeling to parametric modeling and computer programming.
Advanced computational learning will lead advanced applications in
digital fabrication ultimately leading to research topics and projects.
Courses are focused on teaching design process in architecture using
digital fabrication. Students use 3 to 7 rapid prototyping and CAD
CAM machines in any given course.
